From the main menu, go to System Settings then System and you can turn on Console Battery (%). To see the Joycon's battery level, select Controllers at the main menu.
I got a screen protector on launch day with my Switch, and use the dock about a third of the time. No scratches, as far as I can see. I love my Switch as a handheld, but Zelda also looks stunning on a big screen. Even Shovel Knight looks great.
Thats strange, ive never had this happen?anyone else here had a loud fan undocked? Funny enough the first thing I noticed about switch was the fan was silent, have u ever spilt anything on it or are the vents blocked?
No it still looks like new. It's either in my hands or in the case I bought for it. It hasn't happened again so far.
It may be a one off il listen out for it, for all i know it may have have happened and i didn't notice?
No he is saying if it was in your hand you would of noticed. Maybe it was just an intense part of the game and it was charging so it was getting too hot is my guess.
That's what I'm thinking too. It's good that the fan speeds up when it gets hot. I'd rather it do that then just get hot and shut down.
Oh yeah defo its needed and i would orefer a noisier device then have constant lag and framerate issues. Im a bit sad that certain games are only in certain countries right now...do u think boi will come to uk and other countries? U wud think they wud make more money doing an international release, i wonder why it was a NA release only?! Also cant wait till the eshop fills up especially with some good horror games! Lol E3 fir Nintendo is going to be a good event in june so totally looking forward to seeing that.
Busy day... I thought I'd have some free time in between calls to play more with the Switch. I did get my 200gb miscro sd and the AM glass protector. This will be my first time ever putting in a protector and I'm not normally that good and hate the bubbles that I guess can occur...? Wish me luck!
I'm with you. I don't particularly want BoI, but it annoys me that it's not even available in the UK. I know I could get around it by setting up another user on the Switch, with a US account, but it seems like an unnecessary hassle. Still, Snake Pass is out this week, so it's not all bad.
Hey dude, i tried that and it does not work its asks for zip codes and when i put one in it keeos asking me to verify details again, it was the user rhees100 (sorry if i got that wrong) that said this is the case and that getting eshop card code is the best way to do it, so not the easiest unfortunately. Yeah defo getting snake pass!
Haha good luck! I use screen protector and yeah the bubbles suck but i hardly notice, plus i can always take it off weneva but id rather not damage the switch screen just yet lol
My Switch comes tommorow woohoo, Zelda was 120 Euro in the Netherlands so I have to wait for that, gonna play Snake Pass tommorow when it launches in Europe, looking forward more to Snake Pass than Zelda to be honest, but I will give Zelda a try the coming weeks, hope it's not to daunting, I heard there are many game overs and I don't like that it gets dark, I am afraid in the dark ha ha.
120!!! Sweet lord. Zelda is as good as it gets, though. The game overs are really not an issue - the autosave is excellent, and you'll just keep retrying. No penalties. Happy Switching! I'd love to hear your thoughts on Snake Pass.
Picked up Has Been Heroes, thinking about getting Snake Pass but I am worried about liking the controls.
I'm going to wait on some reviews. After watching some videos it does seem like controlling that snake could be frustrating. Hoping for the best though.
