Did anyone get to try out the Splatoon 2 Global Testfire? I downloaded it but I was busy during every session. I wish they were longer than an hour.

Man I got so lucky with mine too! The day of release I called a few targets and one of them said he hit his quota for today but try back the next morning. I thought that was a weird thing to say unless he had more and had to hold some back every day. So I showed up the next morning and was 4th in line and they handed out 5 tickets for the Switch! Was really odd I mean why hold them and not just sell them all right off the bat? Only thing I could think of was to get people in the stores every day or something.

You know when a game is this goid when you want to play it all over again after completion!

Holy crap! I have slowed down on it for some reason, probably Death Road to Canada and my console games like the new Mass Effect.

Hiya, sorry i just wanted to ask, idk if u will know but....i went on this site and i was about to purchase code but one of the terms and conditions bothered me...it said.... "only to be used in the United States". BUT it also shows the currency in english pounds?? So im basically worried that if i buy it it wont work on my switch?
See idk how it would know I'm not from USA so I'm really confused as i want to buy boi, but its not straight forward at all :( all the sites on the net make it out switch is not region locked so its easy but going to but from USA store is anything but easy!
Sorry to ask Rhees but do u have any advice on this??

Cool. I'm going to get the glass screen protector from Amazon for $10 it comes with two. Although I never. Use screen protectors on any of my devices including iPad and iPhones.

I'm glad to hear you like playing in handheld as I primarily seeing myself playing in that mode based on my wife not being a gamer and using it while on the road with business travel.

My main concern is that I was afraid the switch is to big of a screen as I game more on my iPhone and not iPad as my 9.7 iPad Pro seems a bky bulky. Hoping the switch isn't to bulky?

Just bought Zelda and will head home after lunch! So glad to hear that you lived it... I have waaaaaay to many iPhone games I blight but haven't played but also know they were so inexpensive (compared to console) .99-$19.99z

Can't wow to get immersed into Zelda and hope it holds my exploring interest. I am so amazed at open world games!

Hold your exploring interest?? Dude i am one of the worst for losing interest, i mean i out in 400 hours in skyrim but honestly at the 50 hour mark everything was samey.....but this zelda is unfriggingbeleivable!
It will easily hold your interest because there is way too much to do. People are still finding secrets now! Thats how crazy this game is, even cooking is fun. The best part is that it gets better and better and better the longer u play. You are going to havesuch an amazing experience!!
P.s my friend code is sw 2741 8868 0496, feel free to add me dude and let me know once u have played and wat u think.

Me too will defo grab, its like u pointed out before that playing in handheld will make it a different experience, more immersive so im sure il fall in love with it again! I just hope it has the mods or at least have alot of the things included as vanilla skyrim would not be worth it.

I don't see how they would know if you're logged in to your US account when you use it. I guess you could try buying the cheapest code first just to see if it works. That way if it doesn't work, you won't lose too much.

I was thinking about getting one of those glass screens too. Just haven't done it yet.

So far the Switch hasn't felt too bulky for me. Even after playing for a couple hours straight, it feels comfortable in my hands.

I'm really looking forward to Skyrim. I haven't had a console since the PS3 so I missed out on Skyrim but I did play Morrowind and Oblivion and absolutely loved them.

Has anyone had the fan speed up while playing? I just had it happen to me for the first time after playing Zelda for about 2 hours and it's pretty loud. I'm guessing it's normal. I just stopped playing to let it cool down. The fan stopped as soon as I put it to sleep.

It was undocked. It's pretty loud so you'll definitely know it when it happens. I was charging it too if that makes a difference.

Finally setup the switch. I decided to setup the docking station and see what it looked like on the big screen. I don't think I have the joycon issue as both worked fine when playing around with the menu on the big screen. I decided to dock the Switch and put it into sleep mode. I'm assuming it is charging as it has not lights showing anything.

Best way to tell if the Switch is charging when docked?

Anyway we can turn the battery icon to a battery with percent sort of like on the iPhone and iPads?

I'm likely going to be playing mostly in the handheld mode and heard the joycon charge when docked. How do I check the battery level for the joycons?

I'll try to play BOTW tonight or I'll get a break tomorrow in between work calls tomorrow! So excited!
