^This! Anyone playing FL? I fell asleep last night after creating my character, but stoked to play after work!
It's awesome, so much stuff to do!! It's almost a little too overwhelming lol. So far I've started as a Wizard and have learned some spells and beaten some baddies. Some passwords for furniture and other stuff from Amy on miiverse: Sweet Furniture, Snow Daze!, Exceedingly cute (case sensitive)
That's awesome! I can't remember the last time I was this excited over a game. MP looks like it will be cool too!
The last Nintendo handheld I owned was a Gold Zelda edition DS. I've wanted the 3DS ever since it came out but haven't got it yet. Now I'm reading about this "New 3D XL" (or LL). http://kotaku.com/the-new-3ds-is-the-portable-nintendo-shouldve-released-1648807126 I'm kinda glad I waited. But I'll still be waiting a little while, since it'll be 2015 before it comes to the US. Definitely want to buy "A Link Between Worlds" I believe it's called. Shantae and the Pirate's Curse looks really sweet too.
Dude, do yourself a favor and buy an XL now, then trade it in for a $100 when the new one comes out. Trust me. It's so worth it. New one might not come till march anyway, that's a long ass time. I bought mine in August, even though I had a gut feeling they were gonna reveal a hardware refresh, despite the fact that there had been zero hints towards such a thing whatsoever. And boom, it happened less than a month later. But you know what? I don't regret it one bit.
Steam World Dig Release Trailer YouTube: video I felt this was also worthy of an embedded trailer, even if it's old. Edit: Great, it didn't embed properly
If I could snatch it I would be eternaly grateful haha, I've been dying to try it and have yet to receive my email.

Not right now, but over the past couple of years at various points I've owned a 3DS, 3DS XL and a 2DS. I wasn't using it much though so I gave them to my nieces and nephews. Now, I really want a New 3DS. Those coloured buttons look very sexy. There are games like Shantae and Shovel Knight that are making the wait pretty difficult. But if I'd got another Nintendo handheld right now it'd probably be a DS Lite, there are bunch of quality DS games that I haven't played yet.
Pretty smart idea, since buying a 3DS for backwards comparability then selling it when the new one comes out would be a money dump. I'd go with the DSi if I were you, but that's just personal preference. What are some of the games on your "to-play" list? Btw, just to bother you, Shantae and Shovel Knight are phenomenal.
I was really interested in buying a 3DS but never got the chance to do so, then Nintendo went and anounced the New 3DS, I thought "Great, now I'll just wait for the new one instead, it won't be long". 3 weeks later, they announced release date for AUS and no US/UK till next year. Couldn't bear the wait anymore with so many great games around, I was like "Screw it, I'm gonna grab a 2nd 3DS XL and play till they release the new one" and it was well worth it! I haven't touched my ios games ever since and I don't think I will be able to go back to ios gaming
