I'm not surprised since Nintendo Power, the US version I used to get in my tween years, closed down about a year ago. I guess you'll have to print him off a collection of well written online articles and bind them together!
I recommend a nice digital magazine I subscribe to Pure Nintendo, it's pretty awesome and the iOS app is very cool
JCho, did you see they added Samus and Zero Suit Samus to MH4U? It's starting to look more and more like a Nintendo game.
Ohhhhhhh yes. I'm hoping Samus' arm cannon will be a weapon too, not just that giant gun that ZS Samus was holding. I'm guessing the arm cannon will be a light bowgun and the thing ZS was holding will be a heavy bowgun. Either way, I'm psyched. I'm loving that it's totally getting "Nintendo'd" Edit: just saw the trailer, had only seen stills prior to now. And holy hell the special weapon they have for it looks incredible, it's got like 3 different firing modes
Oooo! Heard lotsa good things about that one. Personally I've never been into JRPGs, but the demo for that has been sitting on my 3DS for a few weeks. I need to try it
Damn it, JCho! Start playing it immediately! It has an excellent combat system, graphics and story narrative! Do IT!
So the New 3DS and its C stick + new buttons work with all games compatible with the circle pad pro. A guy was playing Resident Evil with it and it actually worked pretty damn well
The first, through the 3DS Virtual Console. And yeah, it originally came out in '86, I believe. Playing it is always an awesome nostalgia trip (I'm not that old though, my first Metroid was Super Metroid). The coolest part about it is just how well the game holds up in this day and age. Sure, it's brothers blow it away now, but when looked upon as a sole entity it's pretty damn great. We can also thank it for creating a genre that has birthed countless masterpieces
