The lag seems to have died down since yesterday whether that was the server's fault or my local internet's fault. Doesn't change the fact that almost all my matches have been against japanese captain falcons though =.=
Be careful with Little Mac, then. I was playing JCho, and I killed myself three or so times because I could stop. That also happened as Wario on his motorcycle.
Thanks for the tip haven't played as either of them yet. Such a big roster I'm trying to play each one in solo mode to see who I like.
Haha, that was fun Same thing happened to my friend in the game you joined that one time Right now, I'm despising Little Mac. I'm able to beat both of my mates when they play as any other character, but as soon as they play as little Mac my chances plummet to at least 25%. I just, I don't know. He does so much damage so quick, he's difficult to fight. And the fact that he can charge up that K.O. Is just bonkers, he doesn't need it.
Every time I play as him, I feel like he's way OP. But it's hard to get back when you get off the stage, so I guess that's the equalizer. Two more characters left to unlock!
Dang! I've still got quite a few, but I didn't play any today, was actually doing some monster hunter during my free time. I find it a little strange that they put Dark Pit in, as he's pretty much a complete clone of Pit, even though they said they wanted to minimize clones. Also, can I count on anyone here to pick up Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate?
Yeah Dark Pit is an odd choice. Nope still have barley played MH3, found it to tedious and boring to get into it. I've tried many times to get into it but I can't.
Ahh, that's too bad. I got into MH through the MHFU ios port, and found that very tedious due to poorly designed "tutorials" that were basically reading 6 pages of text then doing a monotonous task, and the fact that my phone died after an hour of play. I actually picked up my 3ds in August specifically for MH3U, and found it very easy to get into. Though, that might be due to the fact that I did gain a good bit of info from my past plodding through the the Tutor's quests in MHFU, and did some research. And I assure you, the game is 3x more fun in coop, which is why I'm psyched that 4U will have online
My boy has just told me that Official Nintendo Magazine is closing. Man, he looks so forward to that every month. The same way I used to look forward to Zzap64!! It was getting thinner every month I noticed but I still find it quite sad.
I used to read ONM religiously in its various forms over the years. It was a personal highlight of mine when I went out for my mate's stag night and met former ONM editor Tim Street. Crazy guy. My favourite ONM writer was a Scotsman, Chris Scullion. He's now Games Editor for CVG and he holds crap movie screenings in London. I hope to meet him one day, too.
