    Thanks for asking:) I sent you a code in a private message for a free copy, and yes it runs on iPad air, but with less detail than newer devices. I hope you enjoy it:)

    Thanks! Yeah, im fixing the camera issue in the next update by giving giants a minimum camera distance, something i coded for the shapecghanges but not the size changing. It will need a few updates before its not so wonky but agreed about mountain jumping - it is kind aof a slice of fun fantasy, and it makes me wish the world was even bigger. At totan sixe i can jump across the whole world faster than even a dragon:)

    Thats a neat forum link, its like an evolving story. Ive actually been working on a procedural dungeon generator for the games - hopefully ill have an example soon.

    I am running on an Air1, and I'd like to add that what Robert so modestly calls "with less detail" looks really good ;) his "less detail" is way more detail than in most other games I know.
    If you own something along the lines of Crescent Moon's Avalon, compare the world detail level between that and Brightridge. Hint: BR wins hands down :)

    @Proto:
    The problem isn't so much camera distance, but camera height, I think. If I have time, I'll add a screenshot later.
    And dungeon generator sounds good, curious what you'll do with it.

    Wooooooah, hes still updating the game, you're awesome. I just saw the game but since Im a student can't afford the price atm but definetly will buy whenever I can, just want to ask some question (sorry if asked before)

    1- Game has any creatures? Like dinasours or animals etc.

    2- Is it only based on exploring? Or is there survival?

    3- If its not survival game, what about adding tons of creatures like dinasour or animals, survival life, building camp etc. Since lots of people playing fantasy survival games like ark, this game like that would be amazing on mobile/tablet device. Seriously mobile gaming needs a perfect survival game. Your game has epic graphic. Don't waste it :( but ofc I think you're the only guy who develop this. So dunno if its possible to do it

    Brightridge does have quite a few animals roaming the countryside - and even the seas. No dinosaurs, though ;) Maybe in a future game, would like to see Robert's take on a "lost world" scenario like this one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Lost_World_(Conan_Doyle_novel).

    The focus is on exploring the land, even with the questline Robert added recently.
    No survival game, but that would be great to see. But I think creating that on top of all the landscapes and graphics would be extremely challenging for him in terms of finding the time to do it, and is asking a lot from a single developer (yes, he's doing it all on his own).

    Nullzone did a pretty good job of answering this (Thanks Nullzone:) - Dinosaurs sound cool, i like that Lost World idea, although Ark Survival does a pretty great job of this already. I basically just a world to explore with a questline (and a second mini questline coming in the next version)

    It's not too much of a sandbox with endless things interacting with each other, but it is an open world with the focus on exploration, and you can choose to play the adventure or choose explore mode where you can just explore without any enemies or storyline:)

    BrightRidge version 6 has a new quest - The Wedding is Off! - and a new Gnome Home for Grimlin, the hero of the new adventure.

    Nimian Legends : BrightRidge sentinels have been redesigned from scratch to be more in line with the alien technology design. Light rays let you know when a sentinel is approaching, even when from behind. Coming in update 6, along with a new adventure. Plus there is a very cool surprise coming in an update soon:)

    BrightRidge Gnomes and their mushroom homes are found in many different environments. Although loners by nature, you can sometimes stumble across a gnome village, usually abandoned by tenants seeking a life of quiet adventure elsewhere...

    BrightRidge Sentinels make a wonderful little hum, kind of like a cat's purr. This, a new story, and more goodies coming in version 6:)

    Those new lamp thingies (Sentinels?) look fantastic, very well done.
    Will we learn their story, or are they another of BR's mysteries?
    And of course curious about the new quest.

    On an unrelated note:
    Did you take a look at the various Wavelight threads, e.g. Demon's Rise 2 http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=296942? He has some really interesting lighting effects too. You two might want to share notes.
    I remember a screenshot with some great-looking glowing/sparkling mushrooms. But the thread moves so fast, I cannot find it anymore :(

    It continues to blow me away with how much thought, care, and love that the developer keeps putting into this game.

    Now, it strikes me that I am long overdue for a device upgrade, so that I can experience the game in its full glory. The original iPad Air just doesn't cut it anymore. I wonder when the next version of the iPad will be released?

    Keep up the outstanding work!

    @David: Robert rocks ;)

    Next iPad? If Apple follows their usual release policy, we should see some end of 2017 at the latest.
    Also using an Air1 here, and it still works fine for everything else. Robert is pushing the iThingies so far out it's amazing, and he's the only one currently. Even more impressive since he does it all alone.
    I am still on the fence if I should treat myself to the big iPad Pro for XMas, or wait till they bring out the next generation. The rumour mill has a possible release in March, so I might keep my Air1 a bit longer.
