i would suggest going higher than a buck, as then no one will buy scoops (because sky burger is like the deluxe version of scoops). but a sale for a buck at first wouldn't hurt
Oh well. I was hoping that song would be in the game. But I'll find something in my collection. This looks better than I thought. Your brother did an outstanding job with the visuals. Can't wait.
LOL!! What a cool idea.....I love video games....I love burgers......now if only Apple would develop technology that would allow users to SMELL the burger they are making. Im sure someone is working on it
So it uses the same game mechanic (tilt controlled stacking) as Scoops. But you are required to catch a certain number of specific ingredients before catching a top bun. Each complete burger earns you money based on the ingredients and tip amount. After earning enough money you are promoted which makes each ingredient more valuable, and upgrades your burger cart into better buildings. There is also a stats page which keeps track of things like minutes played, pay rate, number of burgers served, average tip earned, and most valuable burger.
Post over on this thread if you want to create a burger to be featured in the game! http://www.nimblebit.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=230
Unlike the other guy I think that $0.99intro price would actualy help you because the average iPhone owner will only buy app if 1$ and that way I think this could become the number 1 paid app
I wanted to have a bunch of ingredients, but I also wanted any ingredient to drop at any time. When you've got 10 tomatoes to catch and there are more than 6 ingredients it can take an excruciatingly long time. Even with six it gets frustrating some time to have to wait for so long for a particular ingredient to drop.
That's true. Well I'm just gonna head over to Mickey D's and grab some burgers. The video and posting at your forums made me hungry for burgers.
so you have to catch the ingredients in the exact right order and the exact right amount, right? i would suggest not having all of the same ingredients in a row (like patty, patty, patty, tomato, tomato, lettuce, lettuce, lettuce, lettuce, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, onion, onion, pickles or something but more like patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, patty, cheese, onion, cheese, pickles, cheese, lettuce, lettuce) if you get what i mean
