Weird, and all the guild scores seem to have come down a lot too. Just did 141 kills for TA1, hope it's enough to be in the top100, no updates on my rank yet. Damn, I didn't think everybody would move to TA1 lol. I guess having the names of the guilds appear in the top10 makes people switch to go to the #1 crew (until they figure out it's not the best strategy because you got to be in the first 100 scores ) Edit: TA is back at #3, TA1 first. And I'm 68th in TA1 with 141 kills. I wonder if it's possible to be in two different guilds on my iPad and on my iPhone with the same GC. I guess not, as arena works with GC?
Just out of curiosity, what screen orientation does everyone favor? It's obviously a matter of personal preference but I wondered if one has gameplay advantages over another. Can more of the level be seen in landscape mode, for example? Thoughts?
I always use landscape mode. Looks like I'm number 32 in TA1. I wonder why they don't put the names on the leader boards. It would be cool to look and see other forum members. Does anybody know what happens when you switch guilds? Do you keep your kill count or is it reset?
It didn't when I switched earlier, Tim. At least, it doesn't appear to on the main arena screen. If your best score is no longer counting, then it shouldn't be displayed.
Original toucharcade has always been in the top 10. I'm 37th with 176. Anybody knows what the 30d standings are for and what are those values?
Tim, any chance you will make the arena more transparent? For instance, displaying the prizes for each tier etc. Also, are there any plans to reset the leader boards since they're kind of a hackers playground at the moment.
We are still doing some fine tuning on the arena and its leaderboards which is why we haven't released too many details. But the basic way is only the top X scores for each guild count. For rewards everyone that participates gets a base reward, if you are the the top X in the top 100 guilds you will get a bigger reward that depends on how your guild ranks. For the 30d section the top 100 guilds are given points for how they place, the score is the sum of the points over the last 30 days so you can rank guild over a period of time. As for hackers on the leaderboards we are actively removing and banning hackers. We have a long term fix that will prevent this that will be included in the first update. For the Game Center leaderboards there is very little that devs can do.

Quick question: when you level up characters, do the bonuses only apply when they're the lead of the train or all the time(when found and added to train during gameplay)? Thank you!
Nope. You get the bonuses when they are just a member of the train. So even just getting everyone to 1 star can be a good boost.

Hey all! Haven't posted in a few days. Just wanted to say this game still rocks after a week! Still got 3 heros to unlock though!
I will say that once all your guys are at least one star and your good at using the speed perk, you can get pretty far in the game. I've only spent $.99 and able to do pretty well. Tip: never purchace coins. Get Enough gems to max out all the upgrades and one star all your guys. Ps U should show how many peeps are in each guild

Hey grits, which upgrade did you purchase for $.99? I have been watching videos for Free tokens, but I found that it allows only one video to be seen at one time. You have to come back after a while to be able to see another.
It's weird math doesn't add up: I'm 74th in TA1 guild with 151 kills. TA1 guild shows only 9186 kills but it's supposed to add the 100 highest scores. Assuming a minimum of 150 kills for 74 people, it should be more than 11000 in total? Maybe they capped the individual kills to get rid automatically of hackers? I guess arena will be improved after the patch, hackers scores messing evthg up
Any official word on why progress between the iOS and OS X version isn't synced? What kind of madness is this?
