There should be a TouchArcade delete guild for those with big egos and skill LOL Currently I'm on the depths one and only have level one guys. It's a must to purchase buffs though without them there's no possible way. One tip I have is to play this game very aggressively. You must quickly take out as many guys as possible as soon as they appear. You really have to be the aggressor.
The first time I placed #97 and got 30. This time I did get 70 or 80 coins (I think 70) by placing in the 80s... don't know why the numbers are so different.
They removed it, of course I think 500 is a legit score, but the first one that I saw got like 100k kills, this is hacking for me xD
I see. I looked and TA1 was in first still. I guess the hacked score didn't matter. ... Still wondering about buff stacking. Does it do anything?
Hi all. Enjoying the game as many others in the thread are. Tried to research this question online and didn't quite find a satisfactory answer so am hoping someone in the thread will know. Because Nimble Quest does not cloud save, is there a way to transfer the "saved game state" (ie: progress) to a new idevice if you get one? In other words, if I get a new iphone in 6 months, can I or someone in an Apple store transfer the state of the game (character levels, etc.) to the new device to pick up where I left off? The only online solutions I seemed to find involved jailbreaking or 3rd party software, and I'd rather know if there is a way to do this through Apple if possible. Thanks anyone for your time.
If you have a PC, then you can get iTunes installed and then install iFunBox or another file browser and get it that way. I backup saves pretty regularly, especially before I delete an app I'm done with. I think iTunes can do a system transfer but I'm no sure.
Finally beat Sewers 2. I spent three retries to do it, but why the heck not? I've got 150+ tokens, and they do me no good unless I use them. Just two more characters to unlock. Everyone's at lvl 2, I'm working towards getting Uther to lvl 3.
Oh man. Finally beat Courtyard 2, but then castle 2 just pounded me into oblivion. That is one scary stage. Final tally was 1,044 kills, leading with Arcane and everyone at level 2. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to castle 2 without having used retries so I can try to brute force my way though it, but the reflexes required to thread so many needles through the enemies as they appear are kind of nuts.
In terms of a new device - if you restore the new device from either a backup to your computer or through iCloud then your progress will be restored as well. In other words, your new device will look identical to your old device. Or do you mean going back and forth between iPhone and iPad and iPod Touch?
Some of y'all are nicely ahead of me. I haven't purchased any IAP helpers and have all of the power ups fully upgraded. Of the 12 characters, all are atleast level 1, half of them are level 2. I'm grinding everyone to level 2, as it'll cost less in gems alone to do that versus getting one character to level 3. Currently working on Ezora since she's fairly useless at level 1. Before I do another big run I'll do some over buffing to see if it has any effect or not. It'll be easier to test this with the attack buff since I could time the rate of fire and compare one buff to many. This could be the key to finishing those last three character unlocks.
Okay why is there an enemy in the depths that kills your whole squad in one hit from a distance? He's like a little demon guy. What the F is up with that? Very not fair.
Unlocked all heroes and got to last level, it is insanely hard and died quite quick. Hydra is well worth it
The ring of fire the devils shoot out (and the bats too) has a limit to how far out it goes. Just hang back and bomb them with whatever ranged characters you have, and keep steering your party out of their attack range.
I'm currently trying to "kill" each character within 5,000 gems, and then pay for the upgrades. 4 out of 9 so far... I would be curious regarding your "over-buffing" experiment. Keep us posted! DBC
