Between Nigahiga and RWJ I'd have to say Nigahiga. RWJ is just not that funny to me.

Havent seen too much of Nigahiga but RWJ has a lot of charisma and notable skill when it comes to comedic timing. At times he can get old, especially when his fans are constantly parroting something he said 2 months ago but overall I'd say both NH and RWJ are pretty good as far as youtube stars go.

Yeah, they seem to be on a 3D animation kick lately, so if you were into the whole true-blue machinima experience with the first seasons, you should avoid the newest and the one before it. Some of the episodes are completely animated rather than vanilla Halo.
