NFS all the way for me but I'll get both since racing is so fun but did anyone think that the Real Racing screenshot got downgraded but I read a comment saying that the dev have some trouble pulling the screenshot from his iPod Touch to the comp. Can anyone confirm this?

I see what you mean, and I wasn't suggesting there's no challenge in an arcade racer, but what I was trying to say was that in my experience sim racers are normally more challenging. Take GT4 as an example: you need to take the correct racing line, brake efficiently and use the slow in fast out principle to be successful (sometimes even just to win a particular tournament). Overtaking is more complicated as you need to use the track (and your knowledge of it) to your advantage - using effective corners or straights (slipstream) to overtake, as not doing so often screws you up on the next corner or you wouldn't be able to anyway (other car may be faster in straight line, but slower in corners or vice versa).

Arcade racers (and therefore NFS - which is no way a crossover as it is not realistic in racing terms) are normally more forgiving, allowing easier overtaking and cornering/racing lines. There's is still a challenge, but a different sort of challenge, if you see what I mean?

Also, what you were saying is about multiplayer right? Does the iPhone version of NFS have multiplayer, either online or local?

Either that, or computer opponents. The canyon races in NFS Carbon left my thumbs sore lol

Same here anyways does anyone think that EA would allow NFS to have the peer to peer battles and also does the iPod Touch supports it?
