Re: Taoyingying The skates are ok. I don't think the normal walking speed is too slow. Maybe later on some areas will be very large, but for now I think the increased rare chance potion might be better than the skates. The game uses your device's gyroscope to change the background view as you move your device around. If you don't have a gyroscope you won't see it. The game is a huge battery killer on my phone, so anything that can be disabled (like the gyroscope) will improve battery performance. The ultas and megas took around 5-15 traps each. The supers on the other hand have all taken 20-45 traps (and they are supposed to be less rare than the ultras and megas). It could just be random luck (I don't have a large sample size), but it seems off.
Ok so they were super fast to fix the catching system and already through a patch today making monsters easier to catch so am enjoying the game and changed rating to 5 stars
Hey, so for the first time in a long time I found myself staying up after work just to play this game and now I've actually woken up early so I have time to play more of the game before work! One thing I'd love to see added is in the database it tells you what level a nexomon needs to be to evolve but in your team screen if you press info it doesn't tell you, it would be very helpful to have the info there to save searching the database. Also as I mentioned earlier a hold click over abilities during battle to see a description of what they do. I agree too with the top two right hand buttons for iap ect they should be in a menu instead of always there, one bad review on the UK store is for that reason alone. They seen the massive iap buttons and quit didn't even give the game time to see you don't need them. Anyway for everyone else I'm just wondering how your all deciding which nexomon to use? I'm starting to find it hard to decide who to have in my team, I guess the rarer it is the stronger it is? But then I'm so drawn to some because I think they look better....is there much logic in that dev are rarer ones more powerful or isn't there much in it?
This is what I enjoy the most about these games, finding synergies with different teams. I think a rainbow team is best (one of each element) but the differing abilities may well mean you need need to chop and change depending on what area you're about to visit. Saying all that I'm sure I will have one of two favourites that will go with me wherever I go. PS. I skived off work early this afternoon to play......haha
First off, shout to the devs for listening to us! My thoughts to far for improving the already AWESOME game... - options menu (disable sound, music, allow me to use my music while the game is played, disable gyroscope, speed up dialogue, etc...) - catch chance percentage or indicator of some kind - make catching easier with basic traps or implement more stronger traps that can be bought in game. - allow us to sell items in the shops (this might exist but I didn't see it) - future events you mention sound fun. Maybe include ways to earn premium currency in these events? - game map? Maybe show us how many of the creatures in the area we have caught in the area? - maybe a simple FAQ inside the game? (Which elements are weak / strong against others, what are the ailment types, what effects capture rates, and anything else you have had to answer multiple times in this thread) - on who attacks first - I understand speed is the dominate factor but I think when a Nexomon KO and a new one comes in that the new should be at a disadvantage to the one still on the field. Same for when they are voluntarily switched. These suggestions might be a bit too big... - down the road PVP and trading would be awesome but I understand if that's outside the scope of the game y'all intended to make - monster breeding or fusion - equip able items for Nexomon (helps a stay or buffs a type of move) and trainer (small help for the party - increased speed or power?)
Encountered and caught my first Mega Rare! And even though I did not install the patch yet it was easier than the 4 super rares before. Maybe about 5-7 traps. Battery drain? I am used to huge battery drain games and was actually pleasantly surprised at how little battery it costs to play this for a long time! Maybe it's different on older devices? Playing on the iPhone 7. So the devs actually answered me and said the xp share works as intended that every mon gets 100% of the xp. That they changed it to this cause beta testers liked it so much. But I think someone should tell you that the item multiplies your xp gain by 6^^ it's strange to complain but I actually have problems now cause my monsters are all 3-4 lvls above the enemy tamers... the game really feels way too easy like this. Am I the only one with this problem? Just finished the 3rd (Fire) area and on my way to the jungle now
I'd say don't use it than buddy. I'm enjoying the XP share myself. It's a quality of life item. Also monsters 10 levels above me take me out haha I love the balance. It seems to adjust so you're not crazy OP. Possible GOTY for me for sure. Plan to complete the game 100%. Catch em all and max em all ;p
Wow, what a game! I have been blown away by how much fun I'm having with this. It's taken me right back to my first Pokemon experience. Not knowing any of the monsters has made finding and catching them all the more rewarding. I even bought a diamond pack to support the developers, hope this gets continued updates and support because I'd keep coming back for more every time. Bought the skates and the shared exp item. Speed is slightly faster but isn't all that noticeable, I haven't seen the exp share enough yet to see if it is worth getting. I assume it shares the exp between all of your mon? Rather than giving all mon the full amount gained?
Each one gets full exp so really it multiplies it it's very helpful it saves switching nexomon all the time just to share out experience. Also for the skates just make sure your pulling far across when moving there's a walk speed and a skate speed you can see the difference with the speed and animation.
Hello everyone! Just a quick update, the hot fix should be ready in about an hour or so. Once we submit it, we will ask Apple to expedite it. I'm also going to create a FAQ soon. I will post it here and FB as soon as it's ready Thank you for your patience and support!
Trouble is, I can't remember what the walk speed was like, so have no reference point. I would like there to be avatar changes when you have Skates, so you KNOW you're wearing them.
Yeah, our animators will be working on that first thing in the morning. We will make the skates visible. You can equip/un equip the skates from your bag. The skates bug was in our pipeline (I added it myself), somehow they missed it.
As the dev said you have to go to your inventory and equip them first in your bag it'll have a letter E next to it when done. Also all the questions get swollowed up here with so many posts but does rarity reflect strength at all? Like is a mega rare or legendary stronger by default than a common or rare?
Hi! Rarity mainly determines how often they show up in the grass. It also determines how many evolutions they have (common Nexomon do not evolve, yet, some have 1 more stage others 2). In some special cases, like the mega rares and ultra rares, yes they are stronger (starters and semi legendaries). I hope I answered all of your questions
**UPDATE** The update (1.3) is ready and being uploaded to Apple right now. It might take some time for them to approve. We also fixed an issue when the game crashes if multiple Nexomon level up at the same time.*****
