That video is sweet, this game looks better than the 1st and that was awesome! I notice the site mentions that you can fight back against the enemy (1 thing I thought could have been in Rolando 1): Any details on this yet, or do we need to wait for another video from Simon? Next 1 is due June 20! And even more intriging is the create your own Rolando thing: Details please!
Simon will show off some of the new combat moves in future videos, so sit tight for more details. We're currently finishing this up, so we'll be releasing more info on it soon.
AHH! I love ngmoco now, ever since I bought Star Defense. Now idk, I'm going to trust you (mjmoco or any other of you guys), should I go ahead and buy Rolando or should I wait for Rolando 2? Both ways I'm definitely buying Rolando 2!
You gave up no info...come on, just a little snippet...pretty please. I won't tell - I can keep a secret! Its not like this is a public forum or something...! @ justThinkEasy, you should definitely get Rolando 1, its a great game and well worth the current price!
People looking to pick up Rolando need to check out there local bestbuy. Mine had a bunch of Rolando cards...cashier needs to scan it for $0.00 and i believe it activates just like an iTunes gift card. I know people that have gone just to get these cards and check out for $0.00 lol. I know this was going on when Rolando first came out, but just started happening again recently.
New video added. The front page was getting really long so I just added the chapters. The rest of the info can be, of course, found on rolando2.ngmoco.com.
Another new vid, Mysterious Temple- The Temple of Doomishness: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lq6bZn_7Y44 http://rolando2.ngmoco.com This 1 looks amazing - the laser at 1:09 is so cool!!! And the finale is Indiana Jones esque!
Plus+ integration! Yay, this sounds promising. The video looks so cool... lasers are totally my type of thing when I'm traveling in the jungle
I wasn't actually very excited for Rolando 2 but after watching those videos I'm pretty hyped for it. It looks like Rolando 2 adds a lot as a sequel to Rolando: 2.5D, more gems, weapons and even vehicles make this so much different. I really like platform games and it looks like Rolando 2 will be more platform than puzzle unlike Rolando. I can't wait, and the new plus + network looks like it will make playing this game competitive!
So, this 2.5D stuff... does this mean we can move not just left and right, but also a bit forward and backwards from the screen like in LBP?
