While I am definitely buying this game anyway, it's kind of dick for them to not let us know what's going on. All we're asking for is some sort of information. Anything.

I'm not going to boycott ngmoco. I really like their games. But they are definitely missing out on an opportunity to connect with their customers. A lot of people (myself included) now view ngmoco as a traditional big name game company with profits as their only motivation.

Imagine if these guys were more like Gary Vaynerchuck @garyvee. He would have been all over twitter and the blogs explaining not only the fiasco that happened over the weekend (pulling rolando 1), but also doing everything he could to get back to each and every one of us about Rolando 2's release. I just think that ngmoco is missing a huge opportunity.

Well, listen, I don't really care when the game will be released, since I can survive without it, but... 1st of July is no longer 1st of July in the entire world.

If they'll release it in 3 hours, it will be the first of July in San Francisco, but in the rest of the WORLD will be the 2nd of July.

Either ng:moco doesn't know there is a world out there or they had some problems.

While I am personally not mad at them for not connecting with their customers, I agree with you that it is definitely a lost opportunity and one that could ultimately deal a huge blow to the company.
