      Thats ok! After being approved by Apple its then upto the publisher/develop of the app to click a button to release it on either all of or selected iTunes Stores worldwide.
      Though from the moment they click the button it can take around an hour for it to appear on all the stores worldwide.

      I believe developers can also set a date in advance, on which if approved, the application will go live on iTunes just after midnight on the specified date.

      well we found why it hasn't been released. mjmoco has been offended over being called a he and is refusing to release the game. duh!!
