I'm from EU too, but usually Europeans don't use the expression "EU" for themself. We tend to say "I'm from France", "I'm from Germany...", since we don't consider EU as a United States of Europe. I might be wrong, but you still sound strange to me...
I dont know how hard it is to get an App live, maybe someone enlighten me? I thought that after you send the app to Apple and its get approved, all you have to do is hit some type of Publish button and you add the descriptions/images.
