I suspect that it has something to do with the iPhone OS 3.0/iPhone 3GS launch and a flurry of new registrations around that time (mid-to-late July). People who signed up then and stayed only briefly were still counted as active in your previous post in mid-August, but now a month later they've dropped from the "active" list.

 

and the almighty WildCowBoy has posted once again! All hail WildCowBow! Man you are like a legend.

School has started which has affected the post count etc.. but not a whole lot though there has to be something else like WildCowBoy said.

 

That explains the bump up.. but what is odd that 4 Months ago

TA is adding 3k new members every month but the total number of active members seems to be staying constant 6k-7k.

Doubled the most ever online this morning. Most users ever online was 1,900, Today at 09:37 AM.

No idea.. no game release/events.. never had a thousand on TA before.
