I hope this game is really expensive, I would love for it to be the first big successful $30 game that can lead the way for more. Anyway I'm really looking forward to this, especially since I'm putting off buying FFXIII because I don't have a PS3 or a HDTV to do it justice.
Beautiful... just beautiful. I usually don't get excited about iPhone RPGs... but man, how can I NOT?! It's like reliving FF7 and FF8 again... priceless.
i think that they have all the interest to release CR worldwide as soon as they can,mainly because the japanese store is very little and square-enix will want to make money,money,MONEY!!
not big fan of that main character guy. Seems all main characters look pale in comparison to FF6 and 7.
Let me tell you, it looks wonderful while being played on my ps3 and HDTV Offtopic: Gomi is great, hasn't left my ipod since the game launched.
Just watched the video, I'm impressed. Looks better than my original expectations. The whole 3D models moving on pre-drawn backgrounds reminds me of the PS1 FF era, except the models look a lot better in this one, obviously. Looks like SE are finally starting to take the iDevice seriously now. Now, about that release date...
The production values look outstanding and it shows that Square-Enix is come a long way with idevice games since the tacky port of Final Fantasy the Crystal Defenders. This makes me want a Vagrant Story port even more now

says who? i'm sorry if i ever missed reading about the pricing... $9.99 for this game will be an absolute steal... i hope it ranges from $15-$20 plus a good sale thus getting other big developers' attention to the idevice... i hope... take your time SE...
Yes - ist should be priced at least at 15$ if it is outstanding - money for value! Judging by the trailer, this seems to be the next great hit of Square Enix... I am really stunned to see a game like this on the iDevices! The gfx are fantastic and the sound/music it outstanding. I love the trailer - and it really seems that this game is nearly finished. I hope it will be released very soon!
And to all sceptics: look at the names behind this project. These guys are legends in game design... so, what could go wrong? *oops, soory, quote instead of edit*
