Hello! For the last 7 years or so we've been making these ragdoll swinging games called "Hanger". (Last one for iOS was Hanger World released in 2015). And now we're working on a new one! The plan is to use everything we've learned so far, only keep the best stuff, and make the ultimate rope swinging physics game. We're planning to work on it for the next 3 months and release this summer! We will update this thread regularly and if anyone has cool ideas or thoughts please share, we're listening! Later in the development we will also do a testflight for anyone who's interested in helping out. So the basic idea for the new Hanger Game: Portrait screen 1 button gameplay A new endless level is generated daily Everyone is playing the same level, and you can see where other players are dying etc while playing Lots of fun obstacles and random events. Explosions! And of course - some new tunes by Boy vs Bacteria. [UPDATE 22 march - latest progress] We've been working on it for a few weeks now, and this is how it looks at the moment: 16 February 2018 Some weird / cool stuff that happened during development so far: Sonic - is that you? Ohhh impressive landing Army of Hangers! performance test Yey! And let us know what you think!
Thanks! And yea the "army of hangers" turned out pretty cool! Would be fun if we could get that into the game as a special game mode or something. Here's a little progress update: Some bushes, buzz sawz and loosing bodyparts! Playing around with explosions! And all ideas are welcome. We would love to get as much stuff in from the TA community as we can for this one!
Hi! Last couple of weeks we've been working on generating the levels and trying to get all the objects/events we've done to fit together in a somehwat nice flow. Here's an update with a playthrough of a generated level. Any ideas for cool stuff/objects we can add?
Progress We're working hard on this now - and trying to pack it with fun stuff! Here's an update - with an overly dramatic ending Also, we're gonna start a testflight for it soon, we'll do a sign up link for it - or just let us know already if you want to help us test it!
