Plunder Pirates, the new 3D build and battle game by Midoki, and published Rovio Stars, is already in soft-launch in Canada and Finland. We have great plans, and we are going to need a few extra hands on deck! We are looking for two candidates: Server Programmer Ideally with 5 years of server programming experience, with demonstrable skill in the key areas of online multi-player, matchmaking and implementing community features. Mastery of fundamental networking behaviours including synchronization, determinism, replication, prediction, latency and bandwidth are also essential. General Programmer / Android programmer Ideally with 5 years of game development experience and 1 published title on a mobile platform. They will assist the programming team in work on the Android platform as well as aiding them in the continued development of Plunder Pirates. Both positions will be held at Midoki.
