I bought the Epsilon sector when it released but have only tried the levels out recently. I haven’t been able to figure out how the new booster tower works yet. Can someone please explain how to use it effectively? Thanks in advance.
Yeah I need to add to the questions about the booster tower, I’ve really no idea how it works? I assumed the red squares around it were for towers it boosted, but then if that’s the case what is the range for?
And how on earth do you work it? I’ve placed towers in the red areas but they don’t do anything - how are you meant to charge them?
Yeah, if anyone has any theories or ideas on how the booster tower works it would be greatly appreciated. I’ve managed to get four levels in so far on Epsilon, but that’s only because after you fail a map 10 or so times, it lets you progress to the next. Also, it’s possible to complete map 2 easily without using the booster tower at all for some reason. It’s a great game, pretty much a ‘puzzle’ tower defence game and I’d hate to not be able to complete it just because I don’t understand how one ‘tower’ works
It just seems to be a bit random to me. The obvious bit is that towers get charged, kill enemies which charge the towers and repeat. I can’t work out how the towers charge in the first place though, I’ve placed one tower and one booster tower at the same time and nothing happens, then I’ve added extra towers and some have started to upgrade but not others. Then I’ve repeated the same thing again with different results, it feels bugged to me. I’ve managed to get through level 1 by (as someone suggested earlier) slowly upgrading the booster and the guns surrounding it at the same time but there’s no real indication of how this works. Sometimes I had to level up the booster 3 times before it started working on even a level 1 turret, and sometimes it worked before then....
And I just experimented doing the same thing twice on level 2, I built a booster tower and completely surrounded it with turrets in exactly the same place. First time one tower charged red about half way through and stopped with two more towers stuck on about ten percent. Second time all surrounding towers turned red green almost immediately (booster level 2, cannons level 1), and also in all my many attempts on level 1 this Never ever happened before. So yeah I think there’s something not right with it.
Really good concept. There is few things that would be nice to change in interface cause is not intuitive. In gameplay is quite hard to spam by dragging towers to the spot.

What are these codes good for? Nice to see that zeta and eta is available, but the game is destroyed for me since epsilon. I don’t get the sense of the new tower and how to use it correctly. It seems to me as if it has very random effect and there is very much luck, if the towers shoot with boost to the right direction with correct timing. Furthermore the levels are much too long, I spent much time on epsilon 15 with this annoying stupid new tower and it’s easy for a long time until I am suddenly overrunned. „Only“ 17 tries, but much time spent for nothing. I don’t know how to get further and I have no more motivation to spend so much time for one try. Very disappointing, this was a great game until delta.
Now I rediscovered this game again and finished all levels with no creep getting through. Is there any chance for new levels?
