I think this is one of those things that Apple staff have to do manually, like changing your banking details. My suggestion would be to bug Apple some more, tell them it's been 15 days and they'll probably tell you that they're working as fast as they can You should have a case number or something similar which you should quote when contacting them which should at least get you a faster response. I don't think there is anything any of us can do for you unfortunately!
