So I have a free hosting site atm, bytehost.com. And it installed Wordpress for me, now the version of WP is 2.9 something and it tell me I need to update to 3.0. I have my username which is (admin) and my password. Where do I find my hostname? As i need this to log in. Is it my SQLHostname? I tried the sqlhostname with username admin, and my password, but it doesnt work. Anyone know what to do?
