I simply can not work out 4-19

I've read that post but for the life of me can not figure out how to finish it

I "just" figured it out.
Not sure what I did different this time to any oher, but this time it worked

Gee, lots of experts around here. Although I hate to admit this, I need help on 4-24 the Server.
Must be a simple trick, but where to start?
Do levels 5 and 6 only get accessable when all other on 1-4 are done?

I found Aqueduct because of this topic, so thanks OP, it's a great game.

 

On my iPod I just hold down the power button then press the lock button. Does that make sence.

I'm stuck on skull 9 (String Theory). I have no idea how to move the placeholder out of its little 'pen' I don't know if I'm just not fast enough or if there is a trick.... anyone know?

So, I'm in love with this game, but god damnit, levels 6-2, 6-13, 6-17, and Rat 22 and 23 grind my gears. Any help on any of these would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
