I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this.

Today I actually plugged my iPod into a computer to delete some music and now I can't open any apps. I currently have 2.1 GB available and have reset the device 3 times. What happens is I will tap the app to open it and it will open for half a second and then close immediately. I have also tried this with numerous apps including a few I played this morning. Does anybody know of a fix for this or maybe a website you can direct me to? I tried a Google search and came up short. Thank you in advance.

This happened to me once a long time ago, I just deleted an app through iTunes, synced it, and let it do it's thing. It took a looooonnnngggg time though, and I think it had to re install some of my apps. Not sure. One thing to watch out for is I noticed some of my app game saves and stuff were absent. So I had to restore from back up all together.

I can't guarantee this is what will fix it for you, but yeah. *shrugs*

There's still a way to keep all your saved apps, but you must have a jailbroken iPod Touch. If it's jailbroken, go to Cydia and install AppBackup, then backup all the apps. Follow Booch's instructions, and then restore the saved backups, since the saves are stored in your device.
