Hopefully by the time you're out of time out you'll have realized that some respect and common courtesy will get you far in life.

@Rip I'm already fervently praying for your soul. The future currently looks grim, I suggest that you immediately convert to the Church of the Touch Controls immediately.

    Echoseven...

    Why was I banned?
    My attachments are not spams!

You should ban that stupid Grimoire! Not time-out for him.
I don't fight with nobody... actually I only talked to Rip73.

    :confused::confused:

Follow my posts.... I really don't care about touch or tilt (see my first post).

    :confused::confused:

I have 2 members name here, because I am Hi-Tech (First post PAGE 12) JUST CHECK IT...
But I lost my password and the e-mail to receive a new one on that e-mail.

I actually remember now that I've always prefer tilt over touch on racing games. Tilt works perfectly on all Real Racing games and it worked very well on NFS Undercover. Tho GTA 3 isn't a racing game, I still can't see myself tilting to that tho :p Since NFSMW won't be open-world then I'll probably be just happy with tilt controls

  4. Play it a little and learn! Haha, how ironic.

Did you guys program the other Need for Speed games on ios, or were they done by a different developer? Just curious to know if NFS Most Wanted would look anything like NFS Hot Pursuit, or possibly look a little more like Real Racing.

Iron Monkeys made NFS Undercover, Shift (the first one) and Hot Pursuit.

  6. That's exactly my opinion..I practically always use tilt controls on games that allow it, apart from if the controls are better with buttons...i don't see any trouble with tilt controls in this game, I'll still buy it

IronMonkeys did the rest of them (except Shift 2 I think), which was before the studios merged.
Firemint wasnt involved in other NFS on iOS.
It is a Firemonkeys studio development but before they merged, they were each working on the different games.
So team that used to be Firemint is still the primary development team on RR3 and what used to be Iron Monkeys is still the primary development team of NFS MW.
But the combined teams of both studios is now Firemonkeys.

Edit. I was wondering when you'd notice that ironic post and come along with another one liner. When I saw it first, I was thinking where is Connector when you need him.

Well, I certainly have no problem with you or had any argument with you at all.
Don't know why you were banned.
The attachments were all screen shots from the game as far as I can tell or screenshots of cars you'd like to see in it. Could be some copyright breach in some of those images maybe.

Echoseven is really very fair (and a top notch contributor as well so he would understand your enthusiasm) so he must of had some reason or some reports made about your posts.
Just pm an admin or a moderator and they'll explain what happened.

    Thx Rip!
You're very polite... and fair! ;)

    Like I said...
I'm here to share opinions and wait this great game, with tilt, touch, mind or any other thing, to control it.

    Echoseven...
    I am Hi-Tech (Lost password and e-mail), so I created a second nick iPilotâ„¢, that's why i have 2, Dude!

But it's OK... No big deal!

    :)

  10. Thanks for the excellent info. Combining the two studios should make for some really awesome driving games, so I am looking forward to seeing what Firemonkeys can do.

I have I think almost every single driving game on ios, and I enjoy all of them. Tilt driving games play so well on the ipad, I really feel I am driving with a steering wheel.

Yeah, that ironic post made me bust up just like a lot of the flamewars in the Dead Trigger thread, and I got a great one liner for you courtesy of ipilot!

    Thxs Rip!
You're very polite... And fair!!! :D

The UN is a stagnant piece of irrelevant crap. Countries do what they please and don't give a shit about any UN resolutions. But I digress

I don't know your problem with him!

I just wait OCT 30 to play NFS the entire day and f#ck the world,
    ...including you!

    HaHaHa!
    :)

  15. Nah, just jealous cause Rip the Conciliator gets all the babes...

And sure, if you want all of us to bend over, why not...

Is October 30th the real release date? I am excited for this xmas time, with the iphone 5 coming out, and the new ipad maturing, along with the new mini ipad, I have a feeling this xmas will be a great time for new games.

Really looking forward to this game and real racing.

Apparently the UN is pissed that Most Wanted may only have tilt controls ;-)

Not to worry ipilot, me and connector get along great.
You just have to get his sense of humour which is leaned towards sarcasm but not in a bad way.
We're always on the same threads so we definitely share the same, admittedly great, taste in games. (ah, now I don't know if I'm being sarcastic or not, it must be contagious)

Anyway! As the console version comes on October 30th in US and November 2nd in Europe, I think (hope) we're looking at 1st November for this version. Can't see it being the 25th of September as that's few days before console release. And can't see it being much later because of the marketing tie in between all the platforms Most Wanted will be on.

The iOS and console releases of any of the previous NFS didint always tie in together that closely but considering Real Racing 3 is 2012, which probably means Decemeber, I can't really see them doing two major (and these will be major releases) too close together.

As digressions go, that was a big one.
Right into the middle of the political arena.
Damn we're in serious trouble now.
Oh wait, we're not. We can just ignore the sanctions like everyone else does.

Damn it, now look what you've started.
(A Noble prize of some description would be nice though because ya get a fair whack of cash to go with it.)

  19. Well, I will tell you one thing, if you get all the flamewars to stop on the Dead Trigger thread, I will make sure you win the nobel peace prize. :D

And see ipilot, rip and I are best of friends, in fact, I think we are long lost twins...

But anyway, really will be looking forward to this and real racing 3, just hope the file size isn't too big. All of these driving games are so dang big! So disk size will definitely weigh in more than price for either of these games.

Does anyone know whether is game or rr3 will have icloud or some other cloud support? I sure hope so.

I'm sure RR3 will at least have cloud save.
The system in RR2 is very good. It automatically backs up a save point to their own server and you can restore manually from that as well. Under a single user log in, there is 5 different save points.
I transferred saves from iPad to iPhone and vice versa using that system.
It's actually handy in that it doesn't automatically sync both devices so I could keep separate save on iPad and iPhone because the experience of the game is very different on each device.
Its essentially the same as what you see in Dead Trigger now, just with a total of five slots, which is a big advantage.
I hope it's the same system rather than iCloud. It seems more reliable and I prefer the multi slots.

EA themselves likes to use Origin for Need for Speed. I'm not really sure how that one will work.
I've seen mention of some kind of cloud synching but it's not iCloud or the RR system. And it might actually only refer to leaderboard and achievement synching rather than progress saving.
So not really sure for NFS MW. They have mentioned a lot of social elements but no multiplayer makes me think there will be no cross device saving. But I could very well be wrong there.
