Pick up Trace for free, that's good fun and different.

Yes, I second Trace- and excellent game which will last quite a while.

Do you like reading? Stanza is an excellent free eReading app.

    for the puzzler in you:

    Brain Challenge
    Lux Touch (free)
    Numba (lite version exists)
Fuzzle (lite version exists) or BeeCell (free)
    Bejeweled 2
    Dizzy Bee (lite version exists)
    Squares (free)
    Enigmo

    and a bit of action:
    Blue Skies (lite version exists)

  5. Yes I was just about to recommend Dizzy Bee too- an excellent highly polished game. Here's the link to the free version. If you like it I thoroughly recommend the full version.

ill probably download all the free ones for sure...
what is the brain challenge like
very similar to the ds games?

  7. Brain Challenge is VERY good. Yes, it is like Big Brain Academy, but with a saucy bit of totty instead of a blob that looks like snot telling you how you are doing. The games are all very good, and you unlock more as you play. It is very polished and even has speech as well as attractive colourful graphics. I do recommend this game.

Recommend 'Virtual Villagers' highly. It still plays even when the app is not running.

I'd suggest getting fivedice if you're into yahtzee. It's a real timekiller, but can be pretty expensive. If you like word games, wurdle is definitly one of the best. As mentioned before, Trace is also a really good game. If you like texas hold'em but can't afford apple's version, i'd recommend THTouch. It's sweet, cheap (59p or 99cents) and overall, good.

You won't be disapointed with Virtual Villagers, Brain Challenge and Removeem. Never played Marple.

There's a bunch of nice and completely overseen games from FS5, most of them now get a free version too. They are very polished and most of the time remakes of classic games like four-in-a-row (with original plastic look and feel) or Pong (they seem to have the most basic and polished pong clone in the AppStore, I love it!).
