i just really hope that the ai defense is alot better, so that you can't just dribble into the paint and get a layup every time
These screenshots look really nice!! I just hope that the gameplay is much improved and not glitchy, like last year. My concerns last year were: 1.) random game freezes, 2.) weak A.I. defense, 3.) no real commentary, just repetitive sound bites, 4.) game did not pick up on players stepping out of bounds, 5.) morphing confusion, with players passing through one another, 6.) no game intro or highlights, 7.) no referee on the floor and 8.) limited, repetitive maneuvers and animations. Based on Madden NFL 11 and FIFA 11, we already know the graphics will be top notch. From one of the screenshots, there appears to be some type of game intro added. Hopefully everything else I listed has been addressed.
i know it looks good with the shader 2.0 and retina but looks like it'll still have the crappy animations and gameplay,i love basketball game but i think basketball games are for consoles only,even PSP versions of 2k isn't that good and i think basketball game will never be good on iDevice,but of course nobody knows what will happen in the future

i good indie dev needs to make a full basketball game. it completely boggles my mind as to why there is no other alternative then this game, because it just really doesn't look that good
If that's the case, we might all have to wait as long as we have for Reckless Racing, and you know how long THAT'S been!
