Looks like there is an area to download additional audio!??? I'm pumped if this is the case, it was one of my request. Nothing downloads as of yet, but hopefully they tie it in. Also, the updated face scans look REALLY good, like I'm honestly surprised by how good they look.

On the Lakers, Russell now looks like him, but Clarkson and Williams both look like they have sunburns. I'm also looking forward to the audio download since the commentary as it is now is non-existent.
How does the right stick work? When I use it the player shoots the ball. Any help on this would be appreciated ...
Yeah, commentary was absolutely non existent, not sure why they didn't allow us to download it in the first place, like FIFA does. As far as the right stick, it's for dribble moves, by flicking it in different directions you can chain dribble moves together. However, if you hold the right stick in any direction, it will shoot.

A new update is out today but the release notes are the same as last update, so I don't know what's new. Anyone knows?
Ok they added Christmas jerseys, but no option to chose them or not. So now in quick game most team have this generic Christmas jersey and in some case they are of the same color as your opponent. So if you play lakers vs Knicks all players have white jersey. Or bulls vs clippers and all players have red jersey. Good job 2K Unplayable at the moment
Only noticeable changes from the update, are the Christmas jerseys and the Christmas like home screen. Looks like they still haven't fixed the 'additional audio' download section. Not sure why it was important to them to push out this update. At least give us the option to change jerseys ourselves.
I would expect a little better considering the graphics capabilities of the A9 and A9X, but the games visuals are decent looking nonetheless.
Guys, I'm a complete noob to this game/genre. I got fed up with Madden's P2W model and I'm trying to enjoy this game but I'm struggling. Do you have any tips for a complete beginner? Thanks!
I'll try to help..... 1st, what exactly are you struggling with? I know my earliest mistake with playing 2k (been playing it since the Dreamcast days) was trying to play it as an arcade game. It's considered a sim, so if you're trying to make an impossible pass or trying to shoot 3 pointers with Joakim Noah, it's not going to happen(most times it won't). So, I started looking at the team's playbook and running plays from it. I know most people won't go that far, but I wanted to learn how each team played individually. Another thing you can do is lower the difficulty(I think the default is pro) until you get acclimated to the gameplay and controls......that's assuming you're a novice at basketball. 2k isn't perfect and it's had its challenges over the years, but it's the closest thing to a sim that I've played. If you don't like sim mode and want to run and gun, you can switch it to casual mode. There's also a practice mode that'll teach you the basics; I'd suggest starting there. I have the game for iPad and Xbox One; it's an awesome game. Most people I've talked to were turned off by it because they wanted to run and gun, but it's hard to do that under its default setting. Once they understood that, most of them became fans. I hope that helps.....
Do you guys know how or if you can call your own plays using the touch controls? I'm playing regular season mode and manual play calling in the coaches settings is grayed out... Does this mean I can only do more advanced controls and play calling if I have a controller hooked up? Thanks guys. The game runs pretty good on my iPhone 6. Sure there are a few frame rate jitters but nothing that wrecks the overall feel of the game.
Has anybody had stat tracking issues? I've played 2 full 12 minute quarter season games now and all my stats say 0 for all players.
