Universal NBA 2K16 (by 2K)

IMO it's a huge upgrade over last year, however, there are some issues that need to be fixed. First, try and sub players, am I missing something, or did they accidentally look this glitch over? You can't sub anyone, it says to grab there head and drag them down, but it doesn't work. Second, I didn't think the commentary could get worst then last year, but somehow it did. It's basically non-existent now, which stinks. Other then that I like it, hope they add something meaningful in the patches. No legends and it's still only a 1 season, season mode.

 

May I ask which device you're using? Also, how's the framerate working for you? Cheers!

 

I'm using a 6s. Everything seems to be smooth, but a few have complained of dropped frame rates. I don't notice it as much this year, because everything plays much smoother. I hope they fix the substitution issue.

Definitely the best NBA yet, and it is a major upgrade over 2K15. I had zero lags or frame rate problems. About the only problems I can see are the commentary (every once in a while, it just says "The Nets!" That's it. Also, like its predecessor it sucks battery. One game used 39%. It is definitely a plug and play game. Still, it is so worth it.

 

to sub-in just tap AND Hold the head of one player from the bench. All player should start shaking, now tap one player from those on the court. It should swap them

It's an eye candy, with solid gameplay and very polished.

 

That's funny that the iPad mini wasnt supported in the two previous years and this year it is. All good since I'll be playing on the 6s!

 

Eh, decided to go for it. This is a 5 minute McDonald's value meal, except it's hours and hours of basketball.

Well, you know what I mean.

 

Phones a little hot after two my career games. Not a single framerate issue. Runs flawless on my 6s and I hard reset before starting up the game

 

So 6s with 2Gb ram seems to work fine.

Anyone with 6 or 6+ having issues with framerate? (After hard reset etc...)

Can ipad air 1 play and eu teams are here?

 

Good game but it lags a bit on my iPhone 5c and that from the very beginning

 

Euroleague teams now available ... yes ... can this play on ipad air 1 ?

 

Thank you kindly. I did end up getting the game as well and unfortunately it is disappointing to see that framerate is quite unstable on iPhone6. Tried a few usual tricks like putting phone in airplane mode, logging out of game centre, switching off replays and sounds but nothing helped.

Hope developers patch it out but I think chances are slim.

Anyhow, hope to save people a few bucks by recommending to pass it unless you have iPadAir 2, mini 4, or latest iPhone 6S.

 

So I guess it's even worse on an iPad 3.
