Well, with the release coming up in just a little over a week, we'll start profiling some of the enemies you'll find in the game, one new one a day! We think the diversity of enemies you'll fight, and the different strategies you have to use to fight each one is one of the great features of NYZ 2!

    So, first up....

    The Plague Bearer

Dragging his one huge, over-sized arm, long since destroyed by rot and disease, the Plague Bearer is a large monstrosity that can shrug off heavy damage. Shrouded in a cloud of flies, he exudes a dangerous poison aura all around him. Worse still, wherever he goes he attracts hordes of giant, mutated rats!

Let me tell you, this enemy looks so sick in game and is a pain in the ass!! Can't wait to play this again.

    Arghh, I hate that guy.
Him and his deformed arm and poisonous odour.
And his sneaky rat friends the size of an Irish wolf hound.
    Curse him to hell.

Oh wait, he is one of the infected undead, so he's probably already there.

It's a terrifying experience when he infront of you and there's a horde behind you.

ONE WEEK LEFT UNTIL RELEASE! :D Let the official countdown begin!

    Anyway, onto the next enemy....

    The Slimer

Mutated with an over-sized mouth, this foul creature is another disease/poison type enemy. They launch putrid balls of slime from range which not only damages you over time, but slows your movement and turning speed - destroy them at all costs!

If the plague bearer can shrug off heavy damage, then what's the best method to kill it?

Do you have the space for it Dr. Frankenstein ? It's going to be around 780MB installed. I've already made space for it & from the looks of it. It looks like a game I'll never delete.

Multiple different choices. Gas mask and baseball bat are not a bad option.
Well, not a particularly good option actually but definitely entertaining.

I won't say anymore as anything else would be best suited to the release thread.
Many tips shall be forthcoming at that stage.
However, the game is certainly a keeper.
