I tried to connect to ninja kid . Both of us have the latest update. I turned off all notifications. Still couldn't connect to Ninja or randomly.
The new control offers a better experience for me on the iPhone so updated my rating from 2 to 3. The game is a bit hard and when there is in app I always wonder the real motivation behind this choice. I've read some people said the game was easy but well, at my humble newbie level it is not... and playing again&again&again the same section can be boring quite quickly(meaning game erased from the phone). I am for adding an easy level as my main use for games on the phone is to distract me while i am on my way to work(Then play Dead Trigger or an other game is a possible answer but certainly not the best if you want to educate new people to this genre) other things that are a bit annoying: - sometimes you need to take a weird path to walk in (like going behind one of the boat, it took me quite sometimes to realize I needed to displace myself onto the extreme right to go through where my initial position seemed more natural). therefore it's not obvious to see where you can and cannot walk and it can be frustrating. - stuffs on the ground should be collected when we walk through it instead of having to use the hand. - some huge zombies being hit just displace themselves back without any effects or movement, which seems very cheap. - sometimes you want to swipe to see but your active weapon fires instead. on a plus side, each mission brings its own challenges and it is therefore interesting. a lot of (too much?) zombies to play with, skills are a nice touch to the game. just a few more adjustement and it could be a 5 star rating!
Just to give a check. I am at auto turret lvl 3 but it still does not provide any additional effect. Is it bugged or do I need to upgrade to a certain lvl till I get addition turret as lvl 1 have 3 auto turret and even now I am at lvl 3 it is still 3 auto turret. As each upgrade Is quite costly as the levels goes higher I don't wanna risk upgrading if it is bugged.
Auto turret upgrades are very powerful, just not in a very visible way - they primarily increase the duration and health of the turrets... plus its damage. You won't ever get more turrets, as we wanted to keep the weapon as a defensive weapon that you have to think about deploying, and not allow you to be spamming them all over the map once upgraded. However once upgraded, once you DO deploy it, it will really be providing some nasty support fire. Note that one of the Survivor skill tree skills doubles all throwables (including turrets), but I think that's one of the higher up skills.
Thanks for the quick clarification. After the recent updates, this game is like a 5 star game to me. Playing a lot and a lot of hours. Some Feedback is that, for side quest, the maps tend to be reused very very often, hope in the future, there will be more maps to ease the repetition problems. Thanks you for u guys hard work.
by the way, in-apps here in Japan are displayed in yen but with the dollar symbol on the front of the number so we get: $450 instead of ¥450 which is quite different($450 vs ¥450=$5).
So I completed the game on normal earlier today and I really enjoyed the ending, how it was handled and what it actually was - just a great job of utilizing the full potential of the platform - when a fancy generic cut scene would have prob been good enough, it was handled in a more stylistic fashion.
I was next to finish a mission, I had to change train so paused the game and put the application in the background. relaunch the app 2min later, boom, start again from the splash screen!
Nope... Everytime I successfully connect with someone, the other players either disconnects, freezes, or the zombies freeze... Damn shame, too, hope the problem can be solved soon!
I honestly can say that I haven't heard of one person on any device being able to play mp, which is frustrating because I would enjoy playing the campaign with someone.
I'm not saying there isn't a problem, but I just don't get it... I get matched up almost every time I play. Just played with Luk4is for about 4 minutes. My GC name is Brother_GRIM... add me and we'll see if we can get a match.
What about multitasking support? It's really annoying to lost progress because a phone call or similar...
It does have multitasking support, but the device controls how it uses memory. NYZ2 has a huge memory footprint, so the device can choose to shut it down whenever it needs to free up RAM. We have no control over that, unfortunately. K, I'm getting on and will invite you.
