That is a terrible idea. You wouldn't level up fast. It would take the same damn time as it took in the beginning. I am sure everybody who has already played 10+ hours would not enjoy that in the least.

Hope you're not refering to a guy with username "Somebody" lol
Yes, that's the weapon I was talking about (sorry for the confusion). It works better without that damn aim-assist.

I have used it before, but the problem is that at range you can't hit anyone because the orbs move so slowly that people can just move out of the way.

I have the firerate upgrade and the ammo upgrade, plus the sprint perk, so I am not having any problems using it.
But I think that I've got more kills by driving the 4x4 and knocking every player down haha! I LOVE that awesome vehicle. And I love knifing too :p

I have to say, when the multiplayer is running at a decent clip it's probably the most fun I've had as far as iOS shooters go.

One thing guys - burst firing the assault rifle seems to be incredibly more effective than just spraying bullets. It is in singleplayer anyway. I still think its power should be bumped up a bit, but there's a damage perk so it might be fine as-is.

I just played the first chapter twice over HDMI out on my 3g ipad and the frame rate is a lot better because it's rendering at 720p instead of retina native, only bad thing is having to look down at my ipad to check where the touch buttons are heh.

In singleplayer* However, in multiplayer, it is far worse than it is in single player. Burst firing does increase you accuracy, however. Also, the damage perk is unlocked at level 50 something (57?), and it appears to only slightly increase the damage.

@VaroFN I tried your advice, but I find it impossible to use the Plama Rifle. I has terrible range, and I can shoot a whole magazine at an enemy and get no hitmarkers due to its inaccuracy and the fact that the bullets take so long to travel. On a side note, I realized that at least with the starting pistol, the faster firing attachment doesn't work unless you aim down your sights.

    @okkayy Lol. That is all.

At closer ranges you'd want to use a different weapon, but at midrange I'd bet it wouldn't be too bad. I'll test it out in a little bit.

Even with the perk he shouldn't have been able to hover in the same spot for the entire round.

I am really losing faith in GL and what they do to protect the game once it is released. Hackers took over MC3 in a matter of days and have been a relentless force ever since. They do nothing to keep the game playable for honest players.

I mean really.....how f-ing pathetic does one have to be to feel that they need to cheat at a video game? You must be a complete failure at everything else in life to have to cheat on a video game to at least feel like you have power and control over something.

Anyone else think that this game is a lot harder than most Gameloft titles? I don't know what difficulty mode I'm on, but I died 7 times against the final boss and 20 times during the second to last level >.<

Ater some testing, I think that bursting is definitely more effective in multiplayer at a range and if your target isn't moving too sporadically. If you're closer up then you should be using a shotgun or go for a melee.

    It's still underpowered though. :(

Well, I met a hacker... Daskirken or somethin has some hack where he goes inside walls and shoots people kind of like a popular hack in mc2... He also had infinite health when outside a wall unless I used melee which is an instant kill no matter how much health.

Hey guys I was wOndsring if this is a bug or not so hear it goes. In the campaign the first time I Played through, I had the little pushing ability and the slow mo effect. Well the thing is, is that I deleted the game and then I downloaded it again so I started to play the campaign and for some reason I haven't acquired the slow mo effect (which is epic btw) so I was wondering is this supposed to happen and if so when do I acquire this ability? :p thanks in advance fellow Nigerian bros. After a year and a half since the prequel, I have to say, Gameloft seriously knocked this out of the ball park. It plays fairly well on the 4th gen. There are slowdowns every now and then though. Just tried the first level on the iPad. Holy shit. This game looks downright amazing on the A5. Haven't tried multiplayer yet. They added a good amount of features to the gameplay. In essence, they improved the game in every possible way. Still the best series by Gameloft? Definitely. Going to try out online tomorrow along with 4-player local.

Alright guys - looks like I won't be able to hack the code and run the iPad 2 version on iPad 3. Me and refurb82 have been working on this a lot (mostly him, lol) and it's either or both a in the device udid or the info.plist file in the game. We cannot find the correct lines to edit, unfortunately, so let's just hope for an update - not like that's really gonna happen knowing GL.
