Enjoying this one quite a bit! Multiplayer doesn't lag altho fog is on the way. Will play this for a while and then get mc back on my ipod
I realize that the maps have to be big for the vehicles, notice how I worded my review. "maps are TOO big" Too is the key word, they're too big even with the vehicles.
Disappointed that GL didn't release this from the get go with an option to run it at the iPad 2 resolution. I hope the update doesn't take 6 months. In the meantime, I will wait on buying Nova 3 for my new iPad. In a statement, Gameloft said it plans to add an option in an upcoming update that lets users pick whether they want to use the third-generation iPad's resolution, or switch down to a lower resolution to view the extra effects. "Those who play N.O.V.A. 3 Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance on the newest iPad will be able to choose between the Retina resolution or Motion Blur and Particles effects in the next update," the company told CNET. "Both options can unfortunately not run together."
It's possible the blue sphere isn't visible to other players because I have yet to see anyone with it. So maybe he just kept buying the invincibility over and over. I dunno basically, report him and see. They will check the player for hacks before he gets reset or whatever they are going to do. Or name and shame and we can all go find him in a match and see if it's a hack. I'm all for naming and shaming myself.
Is anyone having connection issues? It's saying "trying again later". Please help, it won't let me play online at all.
So has Gameloft said anything about an update? I'd seem to have better Multiplayer games on my Ipad 3 sans effects. but single player is better on my 4S.
Why are the servers down already? At first I thought it was me but I did some searching around and noticed many people were having the problem. I hope they fix this soon cause I have a tournament tO win!!!!;(
@Somebody You mentioned that the Plasma pistol is good. Are you talking about the Plasma rifle, the weapon that shoots those red orbs?
I am kind of hoping they restart everyone to level 1, so there will be no cheating. Everyone has to start over. That meaning for the people that know how to play the game, gets to kick some a$% all over again and level up fast.
