Agreed. The iPads gpu isn't the problem - its the high resolution. It'll slow down even a top notch PC. Consoles even just run typically at 720p with AA...

Yup. This is the best game I've played on an iphone. Say what you want about Gameloft but they do make great FPS games !

 

So is this worth picking up for iPhone 4?

the campaign runs very well after restarting the device (and if jailbroaken maybe going into safe mode to deactivate all tweaks/mods and stuff).

I'm uploading some singleplayer (iPod Touch 4) gameplay right now, since the iPhone 4 is faster it'll probably run even better than how it does in the video (wich is already pretty good)

 

I'm thinking about going into the app's coding and replacing the settings and effects files for the iPad 3 with those of the iPad 2. I'll have lower res but full effects + better frame rate. If I try it and it works, do you guys want me to post a tutorial or something?

 

Yeah that'd we great. Though i'm not sure if that's gonna work and gameloft would maybe see this as an hack in multiplayer. Worth a try at least!

 

That`s not only in the Multiplayer. It`s also in the Singleplayer. Another Bug that the Gameloft Q&A Team didn`t care to report. Honestly. What does those Guys do the hole f*cking Day?!

Yes. But I doubt an a4 could handle it. As it is it's creaking and groaning...

 

iPod Touch 5th Gen should come out real soon
with more ram ,better cameras ,and ips screen and of course A5 hoping for a A5X but i highly doubt it!
