Trailer looks great! Original NOVA is still the best Gameloft game I've ever played. Here are my top 3: 1. NOVA 2. MC: sandstorm & MC2 tied 3. Spider man TM Hopefully, NOVA 2 can surpass the original.
Im sure you were. Nice trailer. But the only thing i am a bit worried about is the multi-player maps. If they are open and the miltiplayer is really fast paced like nova 1, then i might not play it much.
The bonuses are like extra armour and gun camos to make your guy look good and that no actual gameplay bonuses.
Extra armour sounds like a gameplay advantage to me... This and Real Racing 2 and instant buys for me, I just hope I have time on the morning to download them both(about 40 min), but I doubt that I won't since the App Store is fast.
Hahahahahah this looks so bad. I seriously laughed watching the trailer. Im getting bad company 2 instead now.
I didn't thought this will look so ugly... the guns on screen ain't even 3d they all are 2d. Thanks 1g and 2g devices now we have worser game. Developers should forget the out dated devices because then developers wouldn't need to worry how to port the game that looks good and works good on old gen devices!
The graphics will look very good on 4th generation devices. Take a look at these screenshots. Have fun with your 10-player 4-player multiplayer with amazing average graphics and 5 different one multiplayer game mode.
They should just use Unreal Engine, and to 1st gen owners, your 1st gen device was much more expensive than an iPod/iPhone now. I would happily get some awesome Unreal Engine-powered games for 3GS and up than games that look down right ugly after playing Infinity Blade...
Not for NOVA 2, for 3 maybe. Can't anyone on the internet understand that the Unreal engine for iPhone hasn't been available for long enough to be used in these games?! Also, Just because Infinity Blade looks nice doesen't mean every game using unreal will look that good.
Actually, Battlefield BC has 2 game modes, but Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch really aren't that different...
Oh right. But it's still nothing compared to 5 game modes and 10 maps. I'll probably get BFBC2 as well, but I'm not expecting it to be anywhere near as good as NOVA 2.
Gameloft's FPS's all just feel so dated with their gameplay, they certainly don't capture the fluid battles that console/PC games do. The trailer, while it looks fantastic graphics wise, just looks stale - like a B level PS2 shooter from 2000.
This is true. Look at Dungeon Defenders: It uses the Unreal Engine but doesn't quite have the textures that IB does; however, it does allow several enemies to be on screen at once. Not every game will look like IB, but some will look pretty good and allow for more intense action . . . I think.
