Same here. History won't load and the updates section says all apps are up to date when they are not. Individual app listings in the App Store still display the update button, but previously purchased apps not installed just list a price and not the install button. I'm hopping its just a server issue with the App Store getting slammed with requests from all the new iDevices being activated this morning and will be back to normal later today or tomorrow.
Worked just fine last night and all the days before. Only just this morning has this happened. A quick google search found some other discussions where people were having the same issues with app updates around this time of year, which is why I hope it's just a server issue. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?t=77797 If it is some new bug with iOS 6, well that would suck.
You're not the only one! I think the App Store might be overloaded with people getting new iToys from Santa. It does however work if you try to purchase an app that you already own, it's just that the purchased tab is not working.
Thx Not here yet though, I don't want to risk putting any credit on the store or buying apps... IAPs work though. Lmao.
My iPad Mini hasn't been able to generate my 'Purchased' items list since I got it. It's on 6.0.1. My iPhone 4S loads it up just fine on 5.1.1... :/
I'm really happy I never upgraded any of my devices to version 6. Not heard a single good thing about it! Seriously.
Just noticed that my updates are now back and that I can view my purchase history, it just takes forever to load but it does load. Discovered this thread on the apple forums where others were having the same problems. https://discussions.apple.com/message/20680974#20680974 Thought I would leave it here even though things seem to work again.
My purchase history is working just fine... but who cares about a purchase history? The real problem for me is that the status bar disappears when I open the App Store!! It didn't used to, until this morning!
