There's a "deluxe" version of My Football out; the original was as far as I know the best Football/Soccer score program out there (I love Sportacular but it's American-centric and SportsTap is limited), but it was missing South American leagues, which for me was a big deal. The Pro version includes a more polished interface, a crazy amount of leagues throughout the world (there's a PDF that shows every league included on the iTunes Store page) and news clips, with the developers promising more features such as commentary in the near future. At $3.99 it's a little pricey to fully reccomend, especially as there is still a few bugs and statistical errors in the details for lesser teams and leagues, so it might be worth waiting for a later version, especially to see what other features they add.
