My fist IOS game, Duck & Roll has just been approved by Apple (first game first try). I will release it in some weeks after doing the marketing.

I only wish to share my joy :)

Congrats! The best part for me was when the high scores started coming in and I realized people were actually playing my game. Surreal moment was surreal!

[ sarcasm on ] Yes, finding parking for the dump trucks full of money was really the hardest part [ sarcasm off ]

Hey It looks cool - Duck and Roll!! I like the title.
Rhythm Action ? my favorite genre.
I will get this when its out.

did you try making an android version? we found it had terrible sound delay.

FUNBAG GAMES thanks for your interest!

No I didn't try to make an android version yet. With all the compatibility issues, I will wait to see how it goes on IOS before making my move on android.

I played a beta version of this, and I definitely recommend it. The artwork is great, and the rhythm gameplay is a lot of fun

Congrats! You must be incredibly excited!
My company's app is currently awaiting approval as well. Good luck with the marketing of the app. It seems like the it's one of the most difficult things to do right now. I'm doing a ton of research right now and the task seems daunting to say the least.

    Congrats!

The game looks absolutely stunning, I can't wait to play it :D And what an absolutely awesome name, seriously, it's brilliant!

I have loved rhythm games ever since Elite Beat Agents on the DS and this looks much more fun. I wish you all the best with the marketing of the game, if it's as good as it looks it will get the attention it deserves!

    Wow, congrats!

I can feel your level of happiness. I also finished my first game few days back. It's still in review (7th day today). How long did Apple took to review your app?

About 10 days in my case :)

My first game is also on App Store since yesterday.
I want to do some marketing things, but I'm not good at English cause I'm Korean. (Indeed I'm not familiar with communities with forum system)
At first, rank of my game is went up and up slowly but now it is dropping like speed of the light. I think i have to do something but I don't know what should I do.
Do you have any plan or tips on marketing? I just wrote few articles about my game on Unity3D forums and here, but there was no responses:(

It took me 9 days to be approved.
You can get the average waiting time here:

The only advice on marketing is (I'm still a newbie in this area): you should work as much on marketing than you did on your game.
Talk to people (dev, press, family, forum etc..).
