Yes. MW2 is definitely better and while Black Ops may have more game features such as wager matches, zombies, combat training and so on, it lacks the substance and gameplay in which MW2 presented to make it likeable. He's not comparing the games to anything else. Its just Black Ops vs. MW2.
Black ops is significantly better. No camping, much less noob tubes and rockets, no ridiculous kill streaks, guns are balanced.
Black ops is much more balanced than MW2 but it's not as fast paced and as IMO as fun. I play Black Ops here and then but I'm not as addicted to it as I was to MW2, I was watching some videos on youtube and it seems some people are finding Black Ops much more boring than MW2.
BO > MW2 Why you ask? Modern Warfare 2 has a strategy used by the many hundreds of thousands of children who enjoy singing to Katy Perry while playing the game. Get a couple of kills, camp it out to the Pred (Or if they really try it could be the Harrier), get the Harrier, lay low and wait for the Chopper Gunner to arrive. Black Ops on the other hand, I must admit isn't as fun as MW2, but if you want the Chopper Gunner it requires skill and patience as the killstreaks don't stack up. I thought this was a nightmare at first, but I appreciate the fact that people just play the game for what it's meant to be (most of the time).
