Wert the ferk? At some point, are you able to use power-ups simultaneously? Or is there a way to change it mid-level? I'm seeing a secret door on level 1-3 that requires you to vertical boost up the left side of the screen, but then there's a orange wall in front of the door which requires the power shot to be used... There's many doors with this predicament, and I'm not seeing a way to use 2 or 3 power-ups at once.

There's a big spoiler for ya (re the secret doors):

Once you complete the normal secret rooms, you get to play as Granny, who has access to more than one power-up at a time.

I'm completely hooked. This just might end up being my favorite platformer on the device. Granted, I'm only on level 4-2, but damnit I just can't get enough of it, and knowing that there's so many areas that I'll be able to go back and reach is awesome. =oD

You may have convinced me to finally pick up this game. Not that I have any time to play these days. :)

I agree. I was surprised because I wasnt expecting much from the screenshots

It doesn't play anything like LOE2, but it's up there with it among my favorite iOS platformers

Man I'm in love with this game. I have a friend wanting to play League of Legends, Vice City, Baldur's Gate, two whole screens of "new" games and I've been playing this all the time, trying for the fastest times.

One hell of an awesome game.

Quick question (that I'm pretty sure I know the answer to): Is the 12-bit description a joke, or is there such a thing?

Haha... Yeah, I have about 20 games on my iPod that I'm trying to complete before I clear it off and give it to my daughter for XMAS, and all I've been able to play is this. I think I'm just gonna wind up deleting about 15 of the titles before completion because of this one taking up all my time.

I don't normally play platformers, but for some reason I'm glued to this game. I was initially intrigued by the "depth-jumping" mechanism but then couldn't stop playing once I got into it. I also love the music in granny's attic. Any chance this will be in iTunes?

Judging by comments I think it's fair to say that this game has...

    *puts on sunglasses*

    ...hidden depths.

LOVING this! Question though: on the level select screen each level has badges to collect. Are they for completing the level, collecting all coins and finding the secret area's end portal?

Yes... the little one on the left is for collecting all the coins, the big one is for finding the main portal, and the one on the right is for finding the secret areas portal... though i'm not sure if it matters which secret area you enter - might have to ask Echo as I've only gotten the first 2

Yes, I believe so. Am currently on my 2nd play through, level 3-2. First time around I completed the levels, collecting all coins. Now I'm concentrating on locating and completing the secret levels. Also loving this! :)

Yah that's really my only (albeit, minor) criticism. It is certainly a battery drainer. Hopefully that can be optimized in a future update...

I must be getting old(er) - I find the jump/hover mechanic way too frustrating and it's wrecking the fun I can see waiting ... just out of my reach.
