Dude, if you're even remotely interested in Beat 'Em Ups, I say grab it. This game just oozes polish.
45... =oP And I STILL can not get more than 2 stars on the 5th and 8th stages... they're just killin me... =oO
Don't forget about the Mustache, Revive, and Tennis Ball Launcher power-ups that you can grab from the main menu shop or retry screens -- they definitely make it easier to keep that combo up
Agree with ninjakid, but to give you a better idea, it's not a side scroller. Sort of an arena brawler where you can tag team other characters to come in if you're losing health or just feel like playing a different character. There's crazy power ups and all-in-all chaos. And level based with stars based on your performance as well as leveling up your characters to improve their stats. Fairly deep and not easy to three-star every level. Just get it!
yeah, about that... any chance you can make it so that those power-ups DON'T go away until you actually use them, instead of... oh... say... buying them, then accidentally hitting the wrong stage, exiting, starting up the stage you wanted to, and then noticing that their gone?
Just wondering, is there any voice acting or short lines of text from the character? I'm asking this since the Adventure Time games didn't have any...
Well, since you, ninjackid, and syntheticvoid recommend the game so highly, I will get it even though the vegetable thing is kind of weird, and hope it's not too much of a kids game. But since you other seniors like it, I'm sure I will too.
Well, it is fun, kind of funny. Here is a screenshot for people who haven't played. There are a couple of different characters you can control with different abilities. It plays like a mashing game where you control the character with one half the screen kind of a joypad movement, and the other side is hitting or other powers. Definitely creative and works out really well. Worth buying for sure.
Grumpyface, one thing I would like to see is a left handed mode. On my new ipad, I play alot with a stylus and would like the right hand side for controlling the movement and left side for hitting. Even without a stylus, I think I would prefer to play this way. Can you add the left handed control method to the options please? Thanks.
Is there any estimate as to when this could be available worldwide? I hate you guys and your impressions.
Not on the Australian store I guess cause its based on a tv show there are licensing hoops to jump through?
