Hi everyone. I wanted to spread the news about an app that is coming to Appstore in January 2016. It is a music education game for children age 5-9, where the aim is to bridge a gap between kids interest in learning music and the challenge of learning the theoretical aspect of it. Mussiland tries to bridge this gap with fun and adventurous skill games and other learning challenges. Within the game the player travels with the Mussiband over flowing lava and glacial rivers and participates in jam sessions taking place on mountainsides surrounded by mystical creatures. In order to get further within Mussiland the player needs to progress through skill building levels, including recognizing different instruments and defining rhythms and melodies. Slowly but steadily the player gains a better understanding of music, musical notes and music theory. Here you can find some gameplay videos to learn more about the challenges. Feel free to check the Facebook site for more information and the website.
Thanks for sharing this information. Extra-curricular activities plays an important role in development of children. So it is important for parents to encourage their kids to take part and learn different activities.
Really interesting, and it changes from the classic memory games, puzzles and math learning! I'll be waiting for it!
