Hello everybody! I am a really small game dev, and I’m wondering if I should make my game cost money (1$) or be free. Its a fairly simple game, its just pong for android with multiplayer. There are no ads, the controls so far are pretty smooth, and you can play the game offline. Im halfway done with the game and will be releasing a trailer soon. Any suggestions or such (that I can script) I will take into consideration and add into the game! Thanks for reading
I would say that You should focus first on the game itself, to make it stand out and fun to play. Then gain audience, promote, build a community. Once You have it, start thinking about monetization (adds, in-app purchase etc.). Starting the other way around might be upsetting (my own experience
Alright! Thanks This is my first mobile game and my scripting is very limited so im probably just gonna make it free with no ads, but im gonna work on other mobile arcade games and soon maybe with an online battle feature!
