I can confirm that it's… well: "free" in Austrian app store. (Obviously kind of Freemium.) The gameplay is AAA but I don't know if I can recommend Mr. Crab.

Because they added IAPs! Those must be new because in the latest tA user review from Nov 2013 (main thread) TheFrost is saying that there are no IAPs.

    Screenshot from US app store:

Some user reviews in the iOS App Store (US) don't sound good:

Edit: It seems that 27 levels are free (I just counted the lock symbols in the level menu between all those ads) and you can buy two additional packs (14 and 10 levels) for $.99 each. The game had 44 levels before (without IAPs) and was $1.99. So it's not a special sale exactly but you can try those 27 levels for free; that's new. And it's generous enough to recommend the software. The other IAPs seem to be cosmetics.

Mine has 53 levels and I already updated yesterday. The only ads I see are a few spots for More Games in middle of the menu. There are a few IAP for characters only. Under retrieve purchases I am credited for both additional level packs. So current owners with app installed are cool.

The IAP levels pack are unlocked on my device too. I purchased this one at release, and I'm guessing that everyone who paid for it should be able to do a "restore purchase" on those two level packs if you reinstall using the same account you purchased the game with.

@CygnetSeven Could you delete and reinstall the game, and check if it recognizes that you've already purchased it? Great thanks dude! :)
