Is there a way I can move the mobile apps folder onto an external hard drive? I tried copying it to an external, then deleting it off my hard drive then set iTunes to not copy my files into the music folder, but when I dragged the files back into iTunes they are copied over anyways. I have no use for the files on my computer because they are just taking up space and I can just plug in my external whenever I need to sync. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

    I feel you

I tried this too. I moved my "Mobile Apps" folder onto my external hard drive and deleted the one in the C//: drive, but everytime i update an app it moves it back onto the C//: drive and deletes it off my hard drive. There needs to be a way to set the path for this folder. For example "F:\iTunes\Mobile Apps instead of C:\iTunes\Mobile Apps". I can't figure out where the Apps properties tab is on iTunes.
