Doesn't help that a lot of people are too scared to go to the movies right now. Really a shame. Theaters around me haven't taken much of a hit- still as busy as ever. Not saying media coverage is a bad thing, but with the way they sensationalize it and freak everyone out- you could argue it's their fault.
Ben Affleck rumoured to direct the Justice League film. Also Whedon officially back for Avengers 2 and a marvel tv show.
I haven't either, planning to watch Gone Baby Gone today.... But really, try & look up details like who directed what on imdb yourself, why wait for an answer on the internets when you can look it up yourself?
You are forgiven for accepting with honesty, try the highlight text & right click "search google for" on chrome if you are that lazy
Pretty mediocre reviews for both The Bourne Legacy and The Campaign. Anyone going? Not too many weeks left of the summer.
Still going to see The Campaign despite reviews. I love Will Ferell and every movie he makes. The man cracks me up. Although I am a bit worried the previews contained to much of the actual funny parts... While on that topic do you guys feel movie trailers are to revealing?
The reviews for The Campaign are actually are the good side. By the time the last TDKR trailer came out, I think we pretty much knew the whole movie, lol. Still enjoy them though.
Oh they are? I only saw IGNs review and guessed most were similar. Guess I'm an idiot for assuming that based on the fact it was from IGN and all their movie reviewd are crud.
Hm, well I check various sites: IGN, RT, Metacritic, Ebert, etc. By good, I mean not bad xP..as in 6-7/10 on average. I might see TBL since it's Hawkeye playing Jason. Not much left this summer: ParaNorman, Premium Rush, Expendables 2..
I read the synopsis, do not watch the trailers for they reveal too much like Fireball926 pointed out, however I watch trailers from the selected makers... Cloud Atlas extended trailer is probably the entire movie but I don't need to worry about what I have already seen... such movies, I love to watch time & again.
Its just culture I think, here in The Netherlands nobody gives a shit and just goes, we had record on ticket sellings this summer. Why would you be scared to go to a film because some crazy guy in The States shot some people? I mean it isnt like a planned chain of attacks on cinemas around the world. Just my 2 cents.
