Hugo is absolutely stunning. Scorsese will always be a legend in the world of cinematography. So glad I finally had a chance to watch the film. It's currently still available through Red Box, so if you haven't seen it, definitely rent it ASAP. One of the few good films I missed in theaters from 2011.
Yes! Hugo was my favorite movie of last year! Oh and Winter Soldier has been more or less confirmed for Captain America 2.
That post doesnt capture the awesomeness of the Winter Soldier announcement. They waited just long enough for the cheers to die down after putting up Captain America, to then put up the words Winter Soldier underneath. It was freaking awesome.

Reviews of TDKR are finally popping out everywhere across the web. It's going to be a great conclusion to the trilogy. Almost time to see BB and TDK again! So many Marvel films announced for the next few years, damn. Good times.
Would you want to see another Captain America? I mean really? Even in the Avengers he was completely out 'sfx'd' by the other superheroes.
I personally liked The First Avenger, but I agree, in The Avengers he was a bit... Out of place? I'm curious if this sequel will be as good as the first...
Amen! To me, Hulk and Iron Man basically made the movie. Everybody else was just like "Woohah, I'm part of The Avengers! Pew pew pew!" Now that we're discussing the Avengers, how the heck did Thor magically appear on Earth when the bridge was broken in Thor's movie?
Don't even get me started on that. Completely robs Thor's ending of its power. That was like the beginning of season 4 of 24, which handwaved the great cliffhanger at the end of season 3. Still pissed about that.
Exactly! It's like bam! Here's Thor! And I didn't like how Spoiler all the Chitauri suddenly died when the portal was shut and the outer space base nuked by Iron Man.
Anyone else disappointed by the Hunger Games? I thought it was a mediocre adaptation: it lost the pacing, political intrigue and intensity of the novel. Plus I don't think the books are possible to adapt properly to the screen, because the novels rely so much on the protagonist's thoughts to propel the plot and character development forward. And these are only a short abbreviated list of my complaints...
