I don't know.. to me, Tobey makes a far superior nerdy boy. Garfield doesn't look like the typical nerd at all, he's actually better to play a jock than a nerd.
Yeah... that's true, but there was sometime about the way Tobey portrayed Peter Parker that just annoyed me. They weren't terrible films by themselves (ok, the third one was just outright bad...) but I simply prefer Andrew's portayal of Pete/Spidey, and can't wait to see what pans out for the sequel(s)!

Went to Ted today - pretty funny with a clearly Seth MacFarlane touch. Any must see flicks coming out in the next 3 days? Or (keeping in mind that I'm in NZ and we don't always get "new" movies while they're new) came out recently?
He came up with the general story with David Goyer while taking a break from planning TDKR. But Goyer's the one who's going to write the actual script with the details, and Snyder's directing. Nolan's involvement is as a producer, which is about ensuring Snyder gets what he wants without hiccups in production.
Midnight premiere of TDKR: ETA - under a week. Need to get on with watching the first two again soon.
Friend at work said something about an early preview of The Dark Knight Rises July 17th 2AM (July 18th?) on IMAX that I am invited to. His friend works in the movie industry or something so I hope this is no joke because that would be awesome - especially days before the release.
