Having seen them all before, you're probably ok. Only thing you'll have trouble with is recognizing various characters. Plot should be easy to follow.
Maleficient, the movies credit role once upon a dream song is still stuck in my head. Amazing movie, really dark and twisted. May see it a second time before it leaves theaters.
You could enjoy Days of Future Past as standalone full of mutant angst, special power battles, sentinels, Jennifer Lawrence, etc... the DOFP core plot doesn't really require an understanding of the X-men mythos. However I recommend watching at last X-men 2-3 first if not all the other X-men movies. DOFP really ties together elements from prior films (it has a bit of stuff drawing from Origins) that will make you appreciate DOFP that much more having seen the prior installments. If you're not aware of the previous X-films at least one moment will have less punch and at a minimum you'll miss out on a lot of inside jokes/references but it won't spoil anything.

DOFP was pretty good, actually. I had no trouble following it, having only seeing the Wolverine solo films. Not a bad flick.
